Recreation Sport Leisure Consultancy (RSL) is delighted to announce a significant moment in our journey to better serve the sport and recreation sector. We extend a warm welcome to the team from Global Leisure Group (GLG) as they join RSL, marking the beginning of a new chapter in sport and recreation consultancy in Aotearoa.

We are pleased to welcome David Allan, who will assume the role of Associate Director at RSL. David boasts an impressive career spanning four decades in the leisure industry, with over 25 years in sport and recreation consultancy. His extensive portfolio includes the successful completion of over 220 planning projects in New Zealand, making him an invaluable asset to our leadership team.
Additionally, we welcome Richard Hutchinson as Principal Consultant. Richard is recognised as a leading expert in sport business and financial modelling, facility demand and utilisation modelling. With over 25 years of experience as a planning consultant and having completed well over 150 projects, Richard's expertise will further enhance RSL’s understanding of needs-based facility and business planning.
