Community Facilities Strategy - Kāpiti Coast District Council

In a previous consultancy, we lead the development of a Community Facilities Strategy for the Kāpiti Coast that factored in a wide range of asset classes, ranging from libraries to pools, and from meeting spaces to sports fields. This project included  online surveys and hosting numerous community workshops with interested user groups to listen to the collective voice and disseminate this into a concise strategy for Kāpiti.

This has been recently completed, using a methodology that was robust and took careful consideration of community consultation. This strategy highlights the importance of integration with other community sectors as facilities are often used by a wide range of users, not just recreation and sport.

Richard is a passionate, committed, articulate and knowledgeable professional who will add value to any project. I thoroughly enjoy working with him and would not hesitate to work with him again if the opportunity arose.
