Cheviot Cricket Club Pavilion Feasibility Study

The Cheviot Cricket Club is a small amateur cricket club based at the Cheviot Hills Reserve in Cheviot, North Canterbury. The Club engaged RSL Consultancy to undertake a feasibility study into the replacement of their existing pavilion at the club ground. The report undertook to assess the options for the provision of a club facility that would meet the needs of the club and into the future.

The study involved stakeholder consultation, a needs analysis and presentation of findings to the project working group (PWG), following which a facility concept and proposed business model was presented to the PWG. Funding and ownership/governance/management options were also provided.
